no more <3

it just takes up too much space

greetings internet users,

in an effort to reduce the volume of traffic flowing through the internet, we (the maintainers of the 'net) are now officially proposing an abbreviation to one of the most (overly) used items of 'net speak: "<3".
it is simply too long.
our proposal will result in a 50% reduction in bytes each time this expression is used.
we henceforth request that you now simply use "2", for it will always hold true that: 2 < 3
